A class for children who already swimming both freestyle with bilateral breathing and elementary backstroke for 100 feet and can tread water for 2 minutes. 

The goals for this class are to swim: Competitive Freestyle for 200 feet; Competitive Backstroke and Breaststroke for 100 feet.

A class for children who are currently performing Competitive Freestyle, Competitive Backstroke and Breaststroke as described as the goals in Advanced 1. 

The goals for this class is to add swimming the Competitive Butterfly stroke 100 feet and build endurance and refine skills for all competitive strokes.
